Are you facing challenges in some areas of your life? Or maybe you are just feeling tired of life because of some negative things that have happened or are happening in your life. One thing I have noticed about the devil is that he will try everything to spoil your joy and make you feel like you will never be the person God has ordained you to be. Please note that the devil only goes after people that have great destinies; the devil would never have come near you if he knew you were not going to amount to anything. Luke 22:31-32 “And the Lord said, Simon, Simon, behold, Satan hath desired to have you, that he may sift you as wheat: But I have prayed for thee, that thy faith fail not….” The devil wants to destroy you by all means, he wants sift you as wheat so that you will end up as nothing but there is a solution. Jesus said in verse 32 “But I have prayed for thee, that thy faith fail not….” This simply means that the devil will pounce on you if your faith fails. How do we ensure that our faith does not fail?

The word of God says in Romans Chapter 10 and verse 17 that faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. So we need to always hear the word of God if we don’t want our faith to fail; we need to always hear the word of God if we don’t want to be sifted as wheat. This is a very important aspect of Christianity that must never be neglected. Don’t make it a Sunday….. Sunday thing; make it an everyday thing. Listen to messages of great men of God that will spark you up while driving; listen to it at home; listen to it during your break time at work; listen to it at your spare time. This is very important because the devil will sift you as wheat without faith and one major way to activate this faith is by hearing the word of God.
